Cast Spotlight: Kevin Farley as Father Joseph

Kevin Farley, known for comedies like Tommy Boy and Joe Dirt, takes on the role of Father Joseph in Pickleball: The Movie. Bringing warmth, humor, and a mischievous streak, Farley transforms the character into the unlikely coach who rallies an underdog team to fight for their community center.

On set, Kevin’s natural comic timing kept the energy high. He worked closely with director Jeff Hamm to find the balance between heart and hilarity. His interactions with younger cast members like Willie Mellina and Justin Sterner shaped some of the movie’s funniest—and most heartfelt—moments.

As Father Joseph, Kevin delivers more than laughs. He embodies the heart of the story: a leader who believes that even the smallest paddle can win the biggest game.
